Internet Videos keep buffering - stopping & starting

Though I'd pass this on. Several months ago, anytime I tried to play a video over the internet, they would keep stopping, re-buffering and starting again. To make a very long story short, I clicked on the tools icon and went to "manage add-ons"....I disabled Bing Map and Bing Translator (accellerators) and everything was back to normal. I guess the Bing components came with some software I must have loaded.

Some other causes of annoying buffering are:

Outdated Adobe Flash Player, Shockwave, or other player's software which should be updated.

Outdated Browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox)

Too many programs running at one time.

Not enough system resources available (RAM)
