Windows Mail problems With Set Up. Need Help.

I have tried a number of suggestions setting up my windows email. So far nothing has worked. Tried mail.cableone.net -and smtp.cableone.net and mail.cableone.net and so on. I have no idea what cableone server address would be or if incoming and out going mail addresses are the same. If you can help I would appreciate it very much.

It depends on if you are still using POP, or if you have already switched over to IMAP. The guides below can help show you how to for Cable One either way. I still entered my old full [email protected] address.
