windows mail wont recieve but can send - have tried everything from deleting accounts and re making them - geeting error messages - help..

Go to the website of your email provider
Go to pop3 settings. Make sure that your setting are correct. That is the usual problem.

Your email provider or ISP has changed the server address or port number, your going to have to get the new "INCOMING POP3 ADDRESS" from whoever provides your e-mail servies
Typically this is what the INCOMING POP3 Server ADDRESS information looks like : [FONT=Courier New, Courier, mono][SIZE=-1]
pop.gmail.com[/SIZE][/FONT][SIZE=-1]
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 995
After you get the POP3 information from your e-mail provider go into your e-mail client such as Microsft OUTLOOK, EUDORA, or whatever and type the information into your e-mail client!
