I need a good minimize to tray add-on for thunderbird! HELP!

I'm running TB v. 8 in vista. I'm looking for a min. to tray add-on that will also min to tray on start up. I've had one before but it is not compatible with newer versions of thunderbird. I have an add-on now but it doesn't allow me to minimize to tray on start up. Is there one out there compatible with the newer versions? Link please?

That version is not compatible with Thunderbird version 8 lottie

I just upgraded to thunderbird v. 9 and it doesn't work for that either. The one that I do have is called: minimizetotray revived (mintrayr) 1.0 However, this ad-on does not minimize to tray at windows start up....only when i close or minimize
