Windows mail wont work HELP!!

Hi need some help here. My friend has tried to get her windows mail working she called Charter, and she called Microsoft and still can not get it up and running.

She has a business and needs a email program that will hold folders etc.

Do you have any ideas as to why we can not get this program to work??

A better explanation of the exact problem would be helpful. Has she tried other email clients; eg Thunderbird etc?

Bottom line she can not get windows mail to work period. That is the problem and contacted other sources such as Microsoft and charter. What email client would you recommend for Vista for her business?

Its difficult to really suggest a client, since what I like may not be right for you. What I would do it make a system restore point so that any client can be removed easily and then try Thunderbird, which I like. If you do not like it you can remove easily and completely with the System Restore point that you made.
I dont understand why your Windows Mail will not work, maybe you should ugrade to the most current, Windows Mail 2011.
I would be very happy to assist with any that you try, but you must select the one that is right for yourself.
