annoying pop-up in Internet Explorer

Home Premium SP2, IE9.

This popup appears at the bottom everytime I open Internet Explorer.......

I had the similar issue when I was using IE9 beta, and the " fix " was, if I remember correctly......

Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > under Miscellaneous heading...
enable " Allow websites to use restricted protocols for active content ",
enable " Display mixed content "

It worked then, but not this time on the IE9 final edition.

Any way to get rid ot this popup ?

Have you tried to Turn off the Internet Explorer security (Temp) and does it still do the same

Also you may want to try it in Safe mode with Networking to check if there is a setting in IE or a Program

Please elaborate......
1. What is " Internet Explorer security ( Temp ) " ?
2. "....try it in Safe mode with Networking to check if there is a setting in IE or a Program " .... don't understand this sentence. Check for what ?

If the Pop up you are getting appears in safe mode

Also When I mean TEMP I mean this should only be a temporary action as it can leave your computer vulnerable without the proper Protection

Thank you for clarification.

A very strange result.

I went to safe mode, opened IE, and no popup appeared.
Restarted to normal mode, opened IE, no popup either.
So, it's gone....... for now.

A re-start did not work, but a safemode back to normal did. Does not make sense.
Go figure.
