Cannot spell in Windows Mail

Good day,
I just restored my Windows Vista OS, and in doing so I find that I cannot do a spell check using Windows Mail. May I request some help from all you out there in Cyber Land? Thank you for your help.

I've asked this question before, but I misplaced the document telling me how to change language in Windows Mail so I can successfully spell check. Thanks.
