IE9 - Disable Addons Message

How do I disable the startup message that asks me if I want to disable addons?

When playing around with new toolbars a 10 sec load time limit is not always enough.

I have tried setting the load time to zero seconds (seemed like an option), but this guarantees the message appears.

That is a feature of the new IE. You are loading too slow. Try disabling the one or two that take the most time to load

The addon that takes the most time to load is the LastPass toolbar which I use all the time. It's load time varies, probably while it downloads my details. Disabling it would cause more hassle than the message.

I was hoping that, as this is a feature new to IE9, either it could be disabled or that the 'ask me later' button did more than just close the message only for it to reappear the next time I start IE9.

Since it is a beta and I do not use betas myself, I cannot give any other information.
