(Vista Home Premium 32bit.)I took my moms laptop to my grandparents connected to their internet,got home,and when she went on the internet wasnt working but we have a 5 bar connection..my laptop(windows 7)works fine.She does not have any other browsers that she can use and she has the default internet explorer(so basically not 8 or 9 beta)I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting,reseting internet explorer,i've tried internet explorer without add ons and it still says "internet explorer cannot reset the web page" i wanna also try and get her another browser like google chrome.
Also when i have gone over to my grandparents house with my own laptop and came back to my house,it autmatically connects(so did hers)and the internet works,havent seen this before but somebody on an IT forum said it's a common problem for vista help?
p.s hopefully thats not a size overload.Technically im not a noob to forums but i didnt know what you guys consider size overload and stuff :]
