There is no mail icon in my windows vista 32 bit control panel.Other answers were for 64bit computers.

The Windows Mail shortcut icon is going to be in your Start Menu instead.

Thanks Shawn but when I hit mail in the start menu it says a software restriction prevents this from opening,contact the system administrator. What do I do?
