How can I block You Tube & Facebook using IE8?

I have a problem in that my grand kids go to You Tube/Facebook and sometimes run into pornographic material. I blocked You Tube & Facebook, but I cannot access these sites without having to disable the original blocks. I have set up a password, but everyime I try to access the Internet I am prompted to give my password for any site I go to even when it is not blocked. Is there a method where I can access You Tube whenever I want to & still have access blocked from my grand kids? Thank you. :confused:

In addition, you could use Content Advisor in Internet Explorer to also help block these websites.
