Solved Incoming Mail keeps disappearing

I noticed in the last few days that all my mail appears to have not been read. Normally once you open an e-mail it is no longer in bold print. Now every message I have in my in box, even those that I have read in the past, are in bold print. What's worse is they also seem to be disappearing. I noticed that when I read and e-mail, it is no longer bold, but then when I close the Windows mail program and reopen it, the message I just read is no longer there. It isn't in my junk file or deleted folder, but has disappeared completely. After every new message has been read and I close the program and reopen it, those message are gone. I did delete a lot of messages from my incoming mail box and also emptied my deleted folder, but there was no change. Any ideas?

I actually figure it out. Seems there is a tab just below where you close the program out and it says, "Hide all read messages". So I accidentally must have hit that once when I was trying to close the program and that kept hiding all the messages as soon as I read them.

When I move an email (Read or not) to another folder it disappears....It is not in any folders, sent, deleted, junk, or whatever....It does not do it all the time, but enough to be a pain....The current view is 'Show all'....
