How to transfer Vista Mail to Outlook Express

New Member
I uninstalled Vista and went back to more familiar XP. I saved my Mail (Vista) folder and now want to import or transfer Mail emails back to Outlook Express. Can I do that? and if so, how? I can open the saved Mail emails and then forward to me but with hundreds of emails that can take a while.

When in Live Mail or Window Live mail
File
Export (finger drive, hard drive etc
Accounts or messages (your choice)

then when ready to send to new client

Import.


If you do not have live mail or windows live mail the process would be similar on other clients. I just dont know on which tab to find the necessary commands.
