Solved Expand Folders in Vista/Windows Mail

Suddenly I can't expand/collapse Windows Mail folders. There are no triangles preceding folder names. Can anyone help?

There are several options such as layout. Experiement, you will get the folders back.

Rich46: You have somehow led me in the right direction. In case anyone has the same problem, I simply went to View/Layout, unchecked Folder List, then rechecked it, and the expand/collapse triangles reappeared.
