trouble sending email

I use Windstream.net and just started having trouble sending emails after I had to get a new hard drive. Windstream has been no help and says it is with Vista. The error message I get is:

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'tst', Account: 'pop.windstream.net', Server: 'smtp.windstream.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I think the problem is with the server port but can't seem to get help with it.

Any suggestions?

E-mail Address Format: USERNAME@windstream.net
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.windstream.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.windstream.net
Account name: your Windstream.net email address
Incoming and Outgoing mail server requires authentication

Name: "name"
Address: [email protected]
Description: [email protected]

Incoming
Host name: pop.windstream.net
user name: [email protected]
password: "password"

Outgoing mail server:
host name: smtp.windstream.net
user name: [email protected]
password: "password"

Advanced:

Incoming settings:
use ssl : off
authentication :
sever port: 995

outgoing settings
use ssl: off
auth:
