unable to send emails with windows mail

I have moved to malta from scotland. Since moving I am unable to send emails with windows mail. I can receive ok. I use lineone.net to receive. I think the problem may lie in changimg my internet provider which is Melita. so should my incoming read lineone and the outgoing be the melita network which I think is onvol. My computer skills are basic so easy answers please.:( I have to use tiscali all the time but it takes longer to read my mail because of all the adverst etc downloaded along with the mail. Windows is obviously quicker if only I could send them. Thanks for any help.

You have to go to the website of your new ISP, there will be instructions regarding POP3 male. You may have to even change port numbers. After you find the instructions and you still have problems, provide me with the link and I will try to help. Good luck
