problem with visa verification

Hello,

I am having severe problems when trying to buy goods on the internet.
When it is time to pay for the goods and I have to insert a password into the 'visa verification box', only a blank screen appears.

I understand it is probably my security or privacy settings within the 'internet options' box. But I still haven't got the settings correct....

Any pointers gratefully received.

Use Firefox for that task. I have 4 browsers installed, not counting Portable Firefox(since it's not "installed" heh heh) and use the best one for the job at hand.
