delete email address from just one computer

I have my winmail email address on two computers, and I'm selling one of them.

So how do I delete my email address from only the computer I'm selling? Thanks for any help.

1. In WinMail - Click "Tools"
2. Click "Accounts"
3. Highlight account and click "Remove"

But, be advised, this will only delete your email information from your winmail account. There are countless other places that will contain your email address unless you delete and/or reformat the hard drive and backups before selling your computer.

Probably the best way, is to set the computer to factory specs. It will be like day one.

Thanks for the help. I'm actually selling the computer to my Grandaughter for a dollar. I've removed my emails and other things of no interest to her. All that remains is to remove my email address from the one I'm giving to her. However this address is still in use on my other computer so I don't want it to go away from that one.

Problem solved. I didn't know if removing my email address from one of my computers removed it from them all. This is not the case, so I simply remove it from the computer I'm giving to my grandaughter and that's that.
