Deleted message continue to reappear ?

I keep deleting messages from various files. They disappear only to reappear the next time I open my Live Mail again. I don't know if I need to change a setting or if it's a Time Warner problem. I erased ALL EMAILS and all 600+ emails continue to reappear. I don't mind them staying in my deleted folder for awhile before being permanently deleted but why do they keep going back into my new
in-box/all email box and how do I fix this?

They remain on your email provider's server. Go to that web site and see if there is an option to remove from server.

I have changed the setting so messages are NOT stored on my server but the deleted messages continue to reappear. Sometimes the appear in my gmail in-box and some times they reappear in my pop-server.roadrunner.

I also can't manage my junk filter. I mark as junk over and over, but they continue to appear in in-box, not junk folder.

Maybe I should uninstall WM and reinstall and start all over but not sure if I can import my address book again from O.Ex.

Can you go to the email provider website and delete mail from there, and empty the deleted folder from there? The results will give us a clue to the problem.

Ok had time to think. You do not want to uninstall and install again. I understand. The mail and contacts are important, and you do not wan to lose it. Try this, open another user account in Vista. Then download windows mail, use it, see if problem is still there. I bet it will not be.
