Not Able To Access A Webpage (An MP3 Forum)

Hi Everyone,
this has been happening for about a week now, i have recently created a new account on this website because i could not remember the login details for my old one: abi>>forums
The homepage of the forum i can get to fine, but every time i click the forum tab on the homepage i get redirected to the index of the site, which is basically the homepage.
any help would be appreciated.

Update: i can now get to the forums but takes minutes to load.
wait, this is confusing, once i got to the forum and clicked on my user cp, it redirects back to the index!
