How can I preview split file without downloading entire file and combining parts?

In Outlook express, I used to be able to view the first part or several
parts of a split movie or pictures to see whether
it was worth downloading.

In windows mail, it seems that this is not possible and I have to download
all parts completely before I can view the
movie
