Can not open Jpeg files

Recently started not being able to open jPeg files that are attached to E-Mails. Using Visat and Outlook Express.
Can see jPeg at bottom of E-mail, but can not open. Error message is that windows can not find jpeg name.

Double check to make sure that Windows Photo Gallery is set as the default program with all of it's associations set to it as well.
