When I go into Windows Mail I get a Dial up connection box and I am using wireless broadband. I can't send or recieve any mail as it tells me I am working offline.

you need to change your connection settings to LAN from dialup.

not sure how to do it in windows mail as i don't use it. but here goes.
there should be connection tab some where in the options or account setup. make sure that it is set to lan and uncheck any boxes for dial up.
