I am having a problem with my vista x64 PC
My internet browser works fine, I can access the internet through Internet Explorer and MSN messenger. However, when it comes to accessing the internet through programs for example Microsoft Word, Publisher, Google sketchup, Adobe photoshop - they dont connect. I cant download templates through the programs, I can access updated spell checkers, and I cant seem to connect to my ftp site to upload my webpage.
Some other problems I had that doesnt relate to internet specifically, but I couldnt even connect to the main server via cable at work to get programs installed. I had to install all programs manually. I couldn't print wirelessly as he computer doesnt want to recognize the printer. I have taken this problem to the IT tech support at work but were not familiar with this issue because of x64.
I need help!
