Does someone know how I can upload my emails from Outlook back to the Yahoo server. I have an Yahoo Plus account.

just select the e mail select the "forward" option and mail it back to yourself , obviously make sure your e mail client isnt set to automatically download or you'll just end up with it back on your desktop 
you can also set your e mail client to leave a copy of the mails on the server everytime it downloads any mails.
