Hi -- I might not be doing this right, but here I go -- The Postmaster said my mail box is nearly full! I have 735 messages, in my sent Items folder, but Vista wont let me delete them!? what do I do now? gracie

The options in PROBLEM ONE of the tutorial below may be able to help you delete these stuck messages.

You might also see if you can log on to your email provider's website access to see if you can delete them from there as well.

You might have a duplicate email account setup with the same email address. If you do, then just delete the duplicate account to stop it.
