I get the message "Getting Help Content" sometimes when I try to run 'Windows Help and Support' in on-line mode, and it just hangs forever. This can happen from IE and Windows Mail. It works fine if I change to offline. It doesn't happen all the time. I called HP support and they had me turn my machine off and on and "remove the static" haha. But the problem keeps coming back. Any help would be appreciated.
