hi i have a strange problem with my windows mails that is when i create a mail it is not picking the email address automatically though the the option is set to pick up automatically in options

Welcome to the forums.
WM will remember the last 29 addys you have sent mail to. It will also search in you Contacts folder for addys, but it won't do that until you tab or click out of the 'To' box.
One thing that can break WM finding addys in the Contacts folder is improperly moving the folder from Users/username. If you have not done this, then you might try Problem 2 here: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/62560-windows-mail-problems.html
