Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

I get the following error message when trying to send using Windows Mail. I have been running WM for about a year and previously had this issue, but replaced Norton with Avast and since it has been fine. But as of today, I'm duped. I've deleted the mail account and set up again but nothign doing. Can anyone help?

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'mail.relisheurope.com', Server: 'mail.relisheurope.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 IP address 92.2.218.96 in XBL', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

Hi, markh, and welcome to the forums.

The error code you're receiving indicates that you are connecting to the server, but the server is unable to find your mailbox. See Understanding SMTP error codes - April 30th, 2003 and SMTP reply codes - and that indicates that there may be some server -related issues. have you called them up to find out about your account?
