need help quick!! i cant download images, bar code, in Email,

i have to print out a bar code sticker to return a package by Wednesday,

it's in my wifes computer, she emailed it, every photo and "Bar Code" i needed to print out was an

empty box with another little box in the upper left hand corner with a 'Red X" in it

i made a CD copy from her Documents and got the same empty box and the Red X again...

is there a setting i can change.??
internet options..?? lots in there i know nothing about.

I would try using a flash drive and make sure you are not copying a shortcut to the picture. I would also try open with and try a photo editing program.
