Can't print from InterNet Explorer

issue started today, when I go to print a page or anything off the internet explorer I get an error message. Error message is " [Window Title]
Windows Internet Explorer
[Content]
Cannot find 'file:///C:/Users/username/AppData/Local/Temp/Low/CJ30HFE8.htm'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.
[OK]
When I go to a different website to see if I could print that I get same erorr but with a different .htm file.

The printer I have is a Lexmark x8350

All Programs
Accessories
right click on command prompt
run as administrator

icacls C:\Temp\Low /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low

If you moved temp directory, change the path. ​

Cut and paste the entire script. You can paste in the command prompt by right click the mouse and paste.

I just got this message when i typed in icacls C:\Temp\Low /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low

Did you right click command prompt and run as administrator? You can also disable UAC, reboot and run the script.

I googled yesterday temp/low vista and got the script.

It says Administrator C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe on top of the command prompt . I pasted the " icacls C:\Temp\Low /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low" . Now i get this "

You forgot the icacls

Try to print again and look at the error for its location.

Recreate it yourself. Don't use CCleaner in Vista. It can cause issues.

Oh snap. It worked i had to do put this in the command prompt " icacls C:\Users\Mikhail\AppData\Local\Temp\Low /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)low " .
