I have been unable to create mail lists in windows mail. I have tried all the tutorials, help screens etc. The problem seems to be that there is no create mail group on the tool bar and none of the suggestions so far seem to help. Any ideas?
Your Contacts folder window appears to have had it's template changed to something other than Contacts. You will just need to change the folder template back to see the New Contact Group button again. Step 2A in this tutorial will show you how.
