Please Advise:
I have been unable to receive e-mail routed through a pop3 server from my Charter.net e-mail account for the past 2 days..... i have read through several threads on here without any result to fix this problem.
I have checked and rechecked my pop.charter.net and smtp.charter.net to be sure they were put in correctly---i've fiddled with checking and unchecking the secure connection boxes...
Does anyone know what my problem could be and how to fix it???
